1. What is the Live More, Do More 30-Day Program Package

It is the total fitness and wellness package bundle perfect for individuals who want to be true Champions In Health, and In Life. In partnership with Sante Fitness Lab, our very own premiere and expert fitness, physical therapy and solutios provider, this includes a 30-Day Fitness Program, Flexifit mobility program, a 30-Minute Consultation call and 1 Box of Pure Barley Juice for only PHP1,950

All Programs included will sent via PDF every 10 days. Each exercise movement will have a comprehensive guide on how to perform via photos and videos. Detailed instructions, related Recovery and Nutrition tips are also included

2. How do I avail the Live More, Do More 30-Day Program package?

If you’re a Sante Member. You can avail the LMDM Package by going to https://main.santebarley.com/ph/shop/. Follow the Sales Ordering process and choose the Live More, Do More 30-Day Program Package then Add to cart then proceed to Checkout and Payment. Once payment is confirmed you will receive an Email and SMS notification.

Go to our SIGN-UP page and select the Live More Do More 30 Day Program. Upon completion of Registration and Payment. You will a receive notification with-in 24 hours to confirm your service availment and appointment booking.

3. What is included in the Consultation call? How does it work?

The Consultation call is a scheduled virtual conference call meeting via zoom with a Sante Fitness Lab expert. This call will feature an orientation and guidance of the program and goal-setting with the one of our Coaches

4. What if I have technical difficulties during the zoom call?

If technical difficulties such as poor internet connection on both the client and coaches, occur or anything related that may cause prolonged disruption or discontinuation of the call, you are given a chance to reschedule the appointment once within the 30 days from purchase of the package

5. How will I pay?

If you’re a Sante Business owner, you can pay via Credit card, Greenium, Online Transfer or bank account deposit. For non-members, available payment mode is Online Transfer or bank account deposit and Paypal.

6. How will I know if my schedule confirmed?

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an Email notification and SMS from our Customer service team

7. How many times or months should I avail and subscribe to this package?

There is no maximum limit, this would dependent on the length of time you are willing to commit to achieve their goal.

8. What if I want to buy another Sante barley pure juice or other Sante Barley products?

9. What is Sante Barley Pure Juice? What are its benefits?

Sante Pure Barley is one of the flagship products of Sante Barley, it contains a Bio organic pure barley in powdered form which you can mix in any of your drinks. 10. Is the program individualized?

The program is scaleable to fit multiple levels of fitness, whether you’re a beginner or a competitive or elite athlete who want maintains their fitness level. The orientation and consultation with the Sante Fitness Lab expert will serve as gauge to determine how the program can fit your lifestyle and/or Sports performance goals

11. What if I have an injury?

You can also talk to our experts via an exploration call so we can determine if the program will be suitable for you. Sante Fitness Lab also offers 1 on1 Online Physical therapy consultation. A Therapy or Sports Rehab program will be recommended, if needed.

12. Do I need a doctor's clearance?

For special cases such as cancer, cognenital deformities, pediatric cases and pregnant women, a medical certificate from a doctor will be asked by your coach. The certificate must contain a “clearance to perform physical activities”

13. Can I share the program?

It is highly discouraged to share the subscription programs for copyright infringemet. Any unauthorized reproduction will also be dealt legally.

Though the program is multilevel, we highly discouraged doing the program without the prior consultation or guidance with the coach

14. Can I have someone with me during my consultation call?

For minor/senior individuals, we require a guardian/relative with them during the online consultation/coaching

15. Will results be assured when I avail the program?

The program has been designed to achieve maximum results. Results will vary greatly depending on your commitment level, health history, and nutrition.

16. What should I wear?

You are encourage to wear proper workout attire when doing the 30-Day or Flexitfit program for ease of movement

17. What equipment will I use? I dont' have any at home.

No worries! The Sante Fitness Lab expert will guide you on what modifications or accessible equipment you have at your home and available training current space

18. How will I get the product?

There are 2 Options for product redemption- DELIVERY or PICK-UP.

For Delivery, the product will be sent to the complete business address you will provide for FREE. Delivery tracking details will be provided once registration and payment have been confirmed. Lead time for product delivery is with-in 5 days for Metro Manila area and 10-15 days for areas outside Metro Manila.

For Pick-up, you will have to dropby the Sante Head Office- ETON Cyberpod Corinthian EDSA cor. Ortigas Ave., Quezon City. You will get a notification on the pick-up schedule.

1. What are 1 on 1 services provided by Sante Fitness Lab?

Sante Fitness Lab offers online fitness, physical therapy and nutritional consultation sessions

2. How do I avail the online consultation service?

Go to our SIGN-UP page and select the service suitable for you. Upon selection of service, you will proceed to a Registration and Payment. You will a receive notification with-in 24 hours to confirm your service availment and appointment booking. If you’re unsure of what service to avail, you can message us and/or book an exploration call and talk to one of our experts for guidance and recommendation.

3. What is included in the Consultation call? How does it work?

The Consultation call is a scheduled virtual conference call meeting via zoom with a Sante Fitness Lab expert. This call will feature an orientation and guidance of the program and goal-setting with the one of our Coaches

3. How does online consultation work?

All our 1 on 1 consultation session last for 40 minutes with a Sante Fitness Lab expert and delivered via Zoom app. You will need to download this app and create your zoom account.

4. What if I have technical difficulties during the session?

5. How will I pay?

Our current available payment modes are via Online bank transfer or deposit to our BDO Account and via Paypal

Any 1 on 1 session costs PHP600/session

7. How will I know if my schedule confirmed?

You will receive an email and SMS with confirmation details.

1 on 1 Fitness Consultation

1. Can I have someone with me during my session?

Your program is specially designed for you. For children and seniors, we recommend having a guardian during the training

2. Will results be assured when I avail a service?

All our fitness programs are designed by a certified strength and conditioning coach and are evidence-based and science backed. Results, however, will depend on several factors such as your commitment, fitness level and current health condition. We highly recommend you to talk to one of our experts to know more. 3. What should I wear?

We recommend you wear proper workout attire for ease of movement.

4. What equipment will I use? I dont' have any at home.

Our Coaches can modify your exercises based on your capacity and guide you on what equipment you can use as an alternative.

5. Can I have a copy of the exercises we did after the workout?

Yes. You will receive an email of the program and the session summary

NUTRITION CONSULTATION

1. I'm trying to lose weight, will Online Nutrition Consultation work for me?

Definitely, the program designed will be customized to your fitness goal. Nutrition intake critical for effective weight management will be covered.

2. Do you also cover nutrition for kids?

Yes, we accommodate programs for children. All sessions conducted should be with a parent/guardian.

3. I have maintenance medicine. Can you help me with the supplements I can take?

Yes, our Sports Nutritionist will take your health condition in consideration for your program.

4. Are you going to provide the food and deliver it to me?

We don’t have any food delivery services at the moment but we can give guidance on proper food choices.

5. Do you offer packages?

As programs are highly individualized, we offer per session services only. Understanding, adherence to the program and commitment level will determine how many sessions you’ll need.

PHYSICAL THERAPY CONSULTATION

1. What kind of injuries are the online physical therapy services applicable to?

We can accommodate the following conditions even without a doctor’s referral:

– Deconditioned state (regardless of age)
– Discontinued physical therapy sessions due to the quarantine
– Stiff neck
– Back pain due to muscle spasm
– Return to sport physical therapy
– Muscle tightness
– Long standing injury
– Chronic pain
– Tendonitis
– Muscle Strain
– Ligament Sprain
– Degenerative diseases
– Disc problems
– Frozen shoulder
– Carpal tunnel syndrome
– Pre-operative cases
– Strengthening and conditioning phase for stroke patients

Former and current Sante Fitness Lab members and patients don’t need the referral as we already have their records.
For Patients for re-assessment and exercise progression, we recommend booking an exploration call for best fit recommendation.

2. Which conditions need doctor's referral?

We require doctor’s referral for Post-operative conditions

3. Does Medical Insurance cover online consultation?

We don’t have any partner HMO’s but you may your provider and policy’s arrangement if it covers reimbursement. We’ll be happy to provide the documentation needed to facilitate your reimbursement requests

4. What do I need to wear?

We recommend you wear proper workout attire for ease of movement.

5. My doctor recommended 6 sessions, do you have a package for it?

As programs are highly individualized, we offer per session treatment or consultation programs only. You may book an exploration call with our licensed physiotherapist to determine length of the treatment program.

6. I already forgot my home exercises from my previous PT, can you help me with that?

Definitely, all our sessions will serve as assessment for your condition and progress.
