What is the 30/30 Challenge?

This program features a guided training plan that’s good for 30 days and can be done in just 30 minutes a day. Challengers can lose up to 10 lbs in just a month. The program is designed to fit your current fitness level and schedule as well as connect with a people who share the same goal. In just a month, the challenger will be encouraged to start forming the right habit to achieve their best physical state.  Slowly but surely, they will results not only in the way they look, feel and move.
It is a perfect jump start program for those who think they need a 180-degree shift from their sedentary lifestyle or those who just don’t how to start. You will not be overwhelmed or left confused as Coaches will be there to guide you every Impact Day to check your progress. Who is this Challenge for?

Anyone can take this challenge. The program can be adjusted to an individual’s stress level, weight or body built, fitness history, diet, age, time and many other factors.
The challenge starts with a fitness assessment to make sure each will be given the appropriate exercises according to their present physique and make sure they’re not too overwhelmed which in turn eventually make them quit. The person will instead be encouraged with the right amount of activities for weight loss a day and at the same time, help him or her to gradually improve both physical and mental health. It’s a step-by-step program that will make sure anyone can do it if given the commitment, discipline, and the right amount of activity.

In here, each challenger is tasked to post their meals which they have eaten within the day. This way, trainers can easily comment on their meal and monitor their food intake while enrolled in the 30-30 challenge.
Challengers are trained in a community where everyone shares the same struggle and determination pushing each one to bring out their best so achieve their fitness goals. From healthy rivalry to friendly conversations, challengers are encourages to boost the group’s morale to help them continue on with their challenges and eventually finish the course. Clearly, the mentality of “If he can do it, I can do it too!” will eventually get to you once you start seeing each one work harder that you can imagine. In this way, healthy relationships between the trainers and challengers are fostered.
